The Idea for Kildenkonferansen originated in Tromsø in 2014 during a culture industry conference hosted by the Norwegian Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Industry. The aim is to create a meeting place for the cultural sector and industries, where inspirational speakers and dialog can contribute to an increased expertise in the industry and public.
The conference is set in Kilden Performing Arts Centre, located on the waterfront in Kristiansand. A building that has helped to raise the region culturally, and is an important cultural landmark for businesses in the region. Read more about Kilden.
