Yoshikuni Takashige joined Fujitsu in 1984. He was engaged in international business, taking strong leadership in developing Fujitsu’s important strategic partnerships and joint ventures with global companies. Throughout his career, he has been exposed to many different people, businesses, and cultures around the world, which has helped him shape his thought about the transformation of business and society. Since 2012, he has been leading the creation of Fujitsu Technology and Service Vision, which sets out Fujitsu’s vision and its thinking on how organizations can innovate by leveraging digital technologies. Yoshikuni is also leading open innovation initiatives, including the community of startup companies. He speaks about innovations internationally. He received an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Tokyo.
