Onur Emul is the Deputy Manager-International Cooperation at the Intellectual Property Institute Luxembourg (IPIL) with more than 15 years of experience in intellectual property (IP) advisory field along with his Chemical Engineering background. After representing numerous international clients as a Patent and Trademark Attorney for several years, he, then, continued his career in IP portfolio management, project coordination and IP advisory in international projects.

Onur is continuing to be in charge of different EU projects in relation to IP and IP advisory in technology transfer and innovation management processes as well as stakeholder management activities. He is also taking part in training and awareness-raising activities as a trainer and speaker.

At the Creative FLIP project, co-funded by the European Commission, he is in charge of delivering IP-related services aiming to unfold the state-of-the-art characteristics of the creative businesses in patenting and reveal their patent-related issues.
