Olivia recently joined WeWork to launch WeWork Labs in Paris, a global platform powering the growth of early-stage startups and corporate innovation. WeWork Labs is now the largest global innovation community in the world with 60 programs in 33 cities and support +3500 entrepreneurs. Olivia is a startup lover, passionate about innovation and she loves to help entrepreneurs grow and succeed. Previously, she worked for Midem, the international B2B event dedicated to the music ecosystem, where she headed the innovation topics. She launched a startup accelerator program called Midemlab. She led Midemlab to become the leading international music-related startup event, which proved to be a great launchpad for companies such as SoundCloud, The Echonest (acquired by Spotify) or Next Big Sound (acquired by Pandora). She also worked for Midem as a Conference Manager. Olivia also launched the content marketing activity for the entertainment events (including TV & digital content shows MIPTV & MIPCOM) of Reed Midem, an organiser of B2B international markets, part of Reed Exhibitions, the world’s leading organiser of international exhibitions and conferences. In her early career, Olivia worked in arts management, taking care of the artistic production and PR relations of famous music festivals (Les TransMusicales, La Route Du Rock…), and worked also for politics, managing arts events for the county of Ille-et- Vilaine (Brittany).
