Apart from general business advice, I am especially engaged in mergers and acquisitions, company law, board work and restructuring of businesses. I have acquired considerable experience in business affairs and I am often involved in strategic considerations relating to mergers and acquisitions, establishment of businesses, restructuring models and turnarounds.
