He is a Senior Lecturer at the Bloomsbury Institute, London and Executive Secretary, the Commonwealth Research Network on International Business. Author of the bestselling book on Reputational Risk (Financial Times, 2004 and published in Russian, 2008), he led the Commonwealth’s work on corporate governance as Adviser on both Corporate Governance and South Asia to the Commonwealth Business Council (2005-14). In 2013 he represented CBC on the Drafting Panel for the first British Standard published by the British Standards Institution and code of practice on delivering effective governance of organizational performance (BS13500). In 2011 he received an award from former Malaysian PM Badawi for his ‘excellent contribution in the field of public relations serving world communities.’ He sits on the UN Women Women’s Empowerment Principles Leadership Group, the Advisory Group for the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU).
