Inspiration is part of the process when you’re creating something new. It’s the cornerstone of which we build new, innovative and fantastic products. And we all agree, there is no need to reinvent the wheel every time.

However, there is a limit to the extent of how inspired one should be by others. We’ve invited lawyer Christina Wainikka, who is specialized in IP rights, to co-host this webinar with us and give some insights into the sometimes twisted ways of IP law.

Joining us are two entrepreneurs with IP cases that couldn’t be further from each other:

Being copied by the big guys? Here is what one Danish entrepreneur decided to do: The story of Anne Black vs. Netto.

Jesper Moseholm, CEO of Anne Black is joining us to tell their story on a case that’s still running and how they’ve decided to not give in.

What do you do when you live in a region where IP protection is almost none-existent?

Fashion designer Chioma Ogudimkpa give her view on accepting the status quo, while trying to change it.
