Thursday 29 April 2021, from 14:30 to 15:30 CET, – the Creative Business Network will host a “This Is CBN Science” webinar; ‘Creativity and Sustainability’.

Hans d’Orville will present a mix of his research studies for the combination of Creativity and Sustainability. During his presentation, there will be insights into the Circular Economy, Innovation and Creativity and the major role that Creativity can play in Sustainable and Development goals of the United Nations. You are welcome to participate in the insightful discussion.

Hans d’Orville

Hans d’Orville is an International Advisor for Strategic and Multilateral issues, Sustainable Development, Cultural issues as well as the Arts and Communications.

He has served as Assistant Director-General for Strategic Planning of UNESCO, and as Special Advisor to the UNESCO DG. Prior to joining UNESCO, he was Director of the Information Technologies for Development Programme of UNDP.

Further, he is Honorary Professor of the South China University of Technology, Guangzhou and the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (since 2014), as well as Guest Professor of Jinan University (since January 2021). Among other awards and distinctions, he was elected Fellow of the World Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2014.
